Terms of use
These terms explain how Gift & Stars works today: a wallet-native marketplace and intelligence surface for collectible Telegram Gifts, opened in Tonkeeper.
Marketplace nature
- Gift & Stars helps collectors discover, list, make offers on, and settle trades for collectible Telegram Gifts. We are not a bank, broker, casino, exchange, or Telegram Mini App.
- Market data, floor prices, campaign points, and analytics are informational. They can be incomplete, delayed, or based on demo/test data until live data sources are verified.
- You are responsible for deciding whether a gift, listing, offer, or trade is appropriate for you.
Tonkeeper authentication
- Sign-in uses TonConnect / Tonkeeper wallet sessions. Keep your wallet, device, and recovery data safe.
- We never need your seed phrase or private key. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent us.
- Session cookies are used to keep you signed in and to connect marketplace actions to your account.
Testnet, mainnet, fees, and settlement
- Testnet flows use test TON only and do not represent mainnet value.
- Mainnet trades, once enabled, may involve real TON and network fees paid through your wallet.
- The marketplace fee is currently 2.5% on settled trades and is shown before confirmation. See Fees for the current fee summary.
- Gift transfer is manual-assist unless an approved task explicitly enables another reviewed transfer mode. We do not offer unapproved MTProto custody or automatic custody of valuable gifts.
No games or wagering
- Gift & Stars does not offer real-value wagering, paid random cases, gambling, or casino games.
- Campaign, affiliate, referral, and competition points are engagement markers only. They are not TON, cash, stored value, lottery entries, or guaranteed prizes.
Risk, disputes, and account conduct
- Collectible prices can move quickly. Past floors, sales, and analytics do not guarantee future value.
- Blockchain transactions and Telegram Gift transfers can be delayed, irreversible, or affected by third party systems outside our control.
- If a trade has a problem, use the dispute flow and provide accurate evidence. We may review audit trails, transfer evidence, wallet transactions, and account history before deciding what operational action is available.
- Do not manipulate listings, fabricate activity, impersonate another person, abuse referrals, or try to bypass settlement checks. We may limit access when needed to protect the marketplace.
