- Where is my order? Track it at /orders/track with your order code.
- My payment is not confirmed. On-chain verification can take a few minutes. Use “I have paid — verify” on the order page. Make sure you sent the exact amount with the payment reference comment.
- When is the seller paid? Only after buyer delivery is verified. See How It Works.
- How do deposits work? Sellers transfer gifts into platform custody before a listing goes public. See Sell a Gift.
